GENERAL POLICY
- You may return or exchange your product for store credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method.
- If you are unsatisfied with a product, please contact us at info@vibelywear.com within 7 days of delivery. Complaints made after this time will not be accepted.
NON-DELIVERY ISSUES
- If you did not receive your order, notify us within 7 days of purchase. We will track the shipment and resolve the issue. After this period, we are not responsible for the order.
- Orders marked as “delivered” by the courier are considered fulfilled.
RETURN ELIGIBILITY
- Unopened Products: Fully functional, undamaged items in their original packaging can be returned for a refund or replacement. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
- Defective Products: These will be replaced or fully refunded at no cost. Notify us within 7 days of delivery.
- Apparel and Housewares: Only returnable if defective. No returns, refunds, or replacements for incorrect size, design, or color selection.
- Customized Products: Personalized items cannot be returned or refunded.
ADDITIONAL GUIDELINES
- Refunds, store credits, or replacements are processed once the returned item is received and inspected.
- Customers are responsible for shipping fees on exchanges.
- Discounted items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Processing fees are non-refundable.
